I used to hate Karaoke, but this place changed my mind, I'm now a huge fan. The private rooms, drinks, staff were all amazing. We sang and partied for hours. What a great time to have with your friends and family. Highly recommended!
I've heard about bars like these, but this was my first experience, and I wasn't disappointed. The room was clean and tidy with options for drinks to be served, too. The playlist had everything we searched for, too. Amazing night!
Went with a group for sisters birthday. Security didn’t let us in, so I approached to query age entry requirements (all our group was 18+), he shoved me off the front of the shop into the pavement & shouted at me. Stay away! Looked like he was on drugs with his aggressive behaviour. Asked various members of staff for help with what had happened, they all refused to even call the manager & were ignoring the whole situation. Threatening, aggressive security who physically pushed me for asking what age requirements are for entry. Have reported to police. Stay Away! Many other karaoke bars locally, where you aren’t assaulted & treated with such disrespect.
Tiny room, lyrics don't fit on the screen, sound quality up & down throughout our session, some staff unfriendly. Overall experience was very poor.
Been here once & it's certainly the last.
Been to 'Karaoke Box Soho' several times & it's 100% better
Karaoke Box service staff was excellent - as has been every other time I have visited here. Drinks good, quick service and helpful team. However, compared to other karaoke bars in London, the interface at Karaoke Box is really frustrating - can search by song only, rooms are really small, ambient lighting in the room was hard to get right. A shame the great staff vibes doesn't translate into vibes for the rooms.
We called on a Saturday night and they told us to come along by 10.15 as they had a room. The lady doesn’t even wait on the line to take my name so while we were on our way I called her 2-3 times to complete the conversation and ensure all was booked. We go there with a bunch of 12 people (they told us 15 would have not fit so 3 people volunteered to pull out) and when we arrive at 10.12 they don’t allow us in. The rude security guy saying if we didn’t pay it means we don’t have a room, doesn’t even allow us to speak to the person who gave us the slot. Tried to call them before arriving to reconfirm the booking and after to understand what happened and they would not pick up the phone anymore. Totally unreliable awful experience.
Such a friendly staff on Saturday night, everyone was so lovely and accommodating. Only complaint is the kareoke system is a little old and tricky to use but still had a great time! Also really comfortably busy when london is totally heaving.
The main reason why I gave 4 stars was because of the website. It is extremely hard to book online therefore I recommend you call the number as they are much more helpful and wastes less time. I booked the 7 person room and was given the same room that my previous 5 person group was in. But it was very enjoyable and it had a good atmosphere.
